Homebrew No. 2

My second homebrew batch is almost done. It should be "drinkable" by Saturday, though it’ll need another week for optimal carbonation. I'm brewing the St. Patrick's Irish Stout mix from Mr. Beer, with a hint of pineapple for my own amusement; and brown sugar instead of white granulated sugar for carbonation (partly to experiment, but mostly because I’m out of white sugar). I’m bringing a couple growlers along for my week in l'Haute.
